Howard, Stallings, From & Hutson, P.A.'s estate

attorneys aggressively and sensitively represent our clients
(whether it be the estate or the individual) in complex
estate litigation matters which are often difficult and
trying times for our clients and their loved ones.
Estate litigation is a serious legal matter. The
distribution of a deceased loved one's estate can be a
complex and difficult process. There is a variety of grounds
upon which wills and trusts can be contested. If involved
parties believe their rights have been disregarded during
the administration process, fiduciaries and administrators
can have their performance challenged and beneficiaries can
sue for increased inheritances including a spouse's right of
election. Serious matters require the legal assistance of a
skilled attorney to prosecute or defend against these
claims.
