Peggy Vincent is a transactional attorney and a member of the firm’s
litigation team focusing on business matters. Her practice
encompasses a wide range of legal issues facing today's
business client, including intellectual property, employment
law, business formation and creditor representation. Her
clients include small to mid-size technology-based companies
as well as more traditional non-technology-based companies.
Peggy was raised in Missouri, but has called North Carolina
home since 1978. She is admitted to practice before the
United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle and
Western Districts of North Carolina, and the Supreme Court
of the United States. Peggy is also a certified mediator.
