Richard Leissner focuses his practice on commercial real estate,
civil and real property litigation and general business and
corporate law. Richard is a resident of New Bern, NC, where
he is an Associate with the firm’s New Bern office. Richard
is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association as well as
the American Bar Association. Since receiving his J.D.,
Richard has been active in the community and is a member of
the Tryon Civitans and the Craven County Democratic Party.
